Course Equivalences
– The course “MSE113 Computer Aided Technical Drawing” ((2+2)3, 4 Ects) in the curriculum of our department is considered equivalent to the course “ME113 Computer Aided Technical Drawing I” ((2+2)3, 3 Ects) in the curriculum of Mechanical Engineering,
– The “MSE 206 Mineral Processing and Extractive Metallurgy” ((3+0) 3, 5 Ects) course has been removed from the curriculum, and “MSE 210 Materials and Processes in Manufacturing” ((3+0) 3, 5 Ects) course is considered equivalent for students who want to retake this course,
– The code of the course “MSE 313 Introduction to Solid State Physics” ((3+0) 3, 5 Ects) has been changed to “MSE 318” and added to the “6th semester”, and for students who want to take “MSE 313” again, “MSE 318” is equivalent for all curriculum,
– The “ME 343 Numerical Methods in Engineering” ((3+0) 3, 3 ECTS) course of the Mechanical Engineering Department is considered equivalent to the “MSE 312 Numerical Methods for Engineers” ((2+2) 3, 5 ECTS) course for all curricula,
– The “MSE 204 Materials Chemistry” ((3+0) 3, 5 ECTS) course was removed from the curriculum, but it will be opened once a year until the graduation of the students who are required to take the course due to their curriculum,
– The “MSE 314 Introduction to Nanoscience and Nanotechnology” ((3+0) 3, 5 Ects) course was removed from the curriculum, but it will be opened once a year until the graduation of the students who are required to take the course according to the curriculum,
– The course coded “MSE312” in the curriculum of our department is considered equivalent to the courses coded “ME343, CE301, CE307 and CHE210”.
