In the application process for the compulsory internships that students must complete in the departments, in addition to the current internship application form, by Article 13, paragraph 8 of the “YÖK Applied Trainings Framework Regulation,” in order to ensure that general health insurance provisions are applied for those who are not dependent on the students, the “Certificate of Eligibility” must also be submitted to the departments. Insurance transactions regarding the forms that do not receive the “Internship Application Form” and “Certificate of Eligibility” will not be realized. Students can obtain the relevant document via E-Government.

In addition, the “IZTE – ENS – 0008 numbered Information Form on Unemployment Fund Contribution to Internship Fees”, which is used jointly by the Engineering, Architecture and Science Faculties of our Institute, has been updated with the approval of the Rectorate. The revised form has been updated on the department web pages, and the current form should be used in the following process.
